It’s hard to guess from the blurred screenshot, but my guess is, GrooveAgent SE crashed. Make sure, you have the latest update installed, please.
You can also share the *.crash file.

First, make sure, you have the latest version installed.
To reset Groove Agent SE preferences (to get the factory settings), delete the preferences folder:
Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Groove Agent SE
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Groove Agent SE_64
