Cubase 10 Registration Error 1001

I have just upgraded Cubase Pro from 9.5 to 10 but when I try and Register the product I get an error message with code 1001.

If I have already registered Cubase 9.5 do I need to register Cubase 10 - I have just clicked on ‘already registered’ and the registration request box has gone away. Can someone please clarify what I need to do.

Hi,

Start eLCC application and trigger maintenance. Then the server is in sync with your current local state and everything should be OK.
