Cubase 10 will only play highlighted tracks.

Ah well, just hoping it was something simple! I get caught out by simple things sometimes and I’ve been using Cubase for centuries (well all of this one and the last!).

But indeed the selected track bit of it is very weird.

Well thank you peeps. It’s working normally now. Just very, very weird

oops, it’s doing it again on a new track. To record to a new track I usually just highlight the track I’m recording and all the other tracks play. Now I have to highlight and click the little monitor button in order to hear the other tracks. It’s a completely new behavior. Is there a preference for this?

Having the same problem and I’ve solved it. It is driver related! I have an old Mbox2 audio interface with some beta drivers which are not Windows 10 certified. If I choose the original driver in Cubase I have to highlight ALL track in order to hear them. Then I’ve switched to ASIO4ALL driver and voila, fixed the issue!
