Hi, I have the latest cubase 12 pro, I upgraded from 11 pro. My hard drive broke last week so had to replace everything. In my eLicencer (USB) control center it says “Cubase Pro 11 (upgraded to Cubase 12 with Steinberg Licencing)” So I have been able to install 11 Pro again but cant work out how to install the Pro 12 upgrade. In DL center there is no software under “My Products” but 12 is registered on my Steinberg account as well as my eLicencer etc. Any help would be great! Cheers
In the Download Assistant the “My Products” tab is more aspirational than definitive about listing the actual products you own. Just use the Cubase tab to access the download. After it’s installed use the Activation Manager to authorize 12 on your computer.
