Hi,

Try to start eLCC as administrator and click the Maintenance. At least one of the error message (Soft-eLicenser permission) shouldn’t appear anymore.

Double-check your Cubase 11 license, please. How old is your USB-eLicenser? Do you connect it to USB 2 or USB 3 port?
