I switched to two new products at the same time, Cubase 11 and Windows 10
With cubase 9.5 on W7, I never had a problem finding my sound cards (X-AIR 18, and usb audiobox), but with cubase 11 and W10, there seems to be nothing to do in audio configuration / audio system - there is only the Generic Low Latency Asio Driver.
However, my cards are recognized correctly by windows 10, and they are accessible by the Windows sound manager
