I downloaded the interface driver from the company website and reinstalled it.
I then restarted my computer.
In Cubase 12 Artist, I selected Studio from the top menu, then Studio Setup, then on the ASIO Driver dropdown box I was able to select my interface and click apply.
Iām having the same feedback āPlease make sure your audio hardware is connected correctly to your computerā I have tried all the above solutions, Asio Control Panel at the START/ STEINBERGā¦, the Studio Setup Menu, the Audio Setup, Uninstall, reinstall etcā¦ Iām using Cubase LE 11 and Zoom UAC2 interface. My windows 10 btw can read the UAC2 driver no issue on that, but cubase cant read it.
Iām having the same issue. However, when I turn Livetrack L-12 on, a message pops up stating that the Sample rate has changed despite being set to 48Khz in the hard switch. I will try to re-install the new driver to see if it resolves the issue. As for the pop-ups on Cubase, the solution for me was First to wait until all Livetrack L-12 booting processes were fully connected to Windows 11 and all drivers loaded before opening Cubase 11 Le. This takes about 8 minutes. Once that is done then I can open Cubase 11 Le without any issues, however, the 48Khz sample rate isnāt an option available when configuring the Zoom interface in Cubase.
