Could you share a *.crash/dmp file, please?
Mac: macOS Console utility > User Reports folder or Crash Reports in macOS 10.15 (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).
Win: Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps
As you have NVIDIA, could you try this, please?
- Uninstall the NVIDIA driver.
- Download the latest Studio driver version from here.
- Start the installation (as administrator).
- Don’t install the whole package, use the Custom (Advanced) settings.
- Disable everything (don’t install NVIDIA Experience, PhysX, etc.), keep just the video driver enabled.

Then I’m not sure, if your Graphic card is Windows 10 and Cubase 11 compatible. Could you please double-check?
IFor now I looked up the card using the automatic driver detection tool by nvidea. For this I found I have to use intenet explorer/Java, and allow the nvidia site in the java security settings. After this procedure the site comes up with a windows 10 driver for my card. I had this driver anstalled already, doesnt work.
Now if I go to https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/ and search manualy I get:
No drivers found.
If I choose ALL I get:
So windows 10 compattible but no studio driver avaialable?
