Cubase 11 Pro export setting Conflicts - Always ask doesn’t work, it creates unique file names no matter what.

Yes, I have the dropdown menu, but it doesn’t ask anything,
For example if I re export file Song.wav with Always ask selected, Cubase exports Song-01.wav

Have you eliminated corrupt prefs using Safe Start mode?
