Cubase 11 Scrolling way to fast

Is there a way to reduce the scroll sensitivity horizontal in Cubase 11?
, Cubase’s both vertical and horizontal scroll and zoom are too fast and too sensitive
It is way better to handle in cubase 10.5

Or is there a way to limit the maximum song length to say 10 minutes or a maximum number of bars and beats? That way, horizontal scrolling would also be more practical ?

Its possible to reduce the length of a project in the project setup.
After reducing the possible project length to 15 minutes, the scrolling is less sensitive too.

So this problem is solved;)
