Cubase 11 upgrade destroyed my 10.5 license

Hi,

What can I do, license redeem failed (obviously because of some server issue), but my old 10.5 license is already not active (so I cant start upgrade process again), but I see remain of Cubase 10.5 marked as ‘transfer pending’.

Who can actually help me to solve this issue (help page is only spining me around between FAQ of standars issues, but I think I need help from real human)?
