Cubase 11 upgrade destroyed my 10.5 license

Cubase 11 upgrade destroyed my 10.5 license so I cant continue with upgrade. I already posted, but even post is not showing in forum.

There are some remains of 10.5 license which are named as ‘Transfer pending’.

What can I do to resolve this? How to contact real person which can help?
