I have recently moved house.I have just set my computer, but have lost my licensing key.
will I still be able to upgrade to C15 pro ?

Is your elicenser showing registered in your steinberg dot net account? If it is, yeah, the $249 upgrade price (or whatever it is) should work.

I am not sure what “lost my licensing key” means, though. If it’s an upgrade like you said then you might as well have used a soft eLicenser and not a physical USB eLicenser.
Or have you lost your password to log into your account? Please, provide more info (no license numbers etc, public forum…).
However, if you can still log into your MySteinberg account and you see your old 11 license then it’s easy to upgrade/update no matter what like @DosWasBest already said.
