Hi I have been having these issues also and I created a seperate thread for it here…
I also posted a video on that thread so would be interesting to see if mine is the same as what you are experiencing…
After reporting it to Cubase tech support (took quite a while for them to reply) they said that there are awaire of the problem and the next update should cure it.
