Hi JR, I switched to WinRT as well as converting two instruments to ordinary Din MIDI. On first startup this morning I got a couple of USB failures and rebooted all of my USB MIDI synths. I then started Cubase, it got one step further than normal with it crashing after connecting to the Cubase news splash page and recent projects showing up. Normally the news part is white. Curiously, it didn’t generate a crashdump file. I would appreciate that registry patch and will try and get a crashdump file again next time I boot up.
