Hey Folks:
Yes! Having trouble with Cubase 12 trial version and Presonus Audiobox 96.
I purchased Cubase Elements and it’s working fine. They both recognize the Audiobox and the signal bounces the meters and records fine in Elements but no sign of a Signal in the full version. I’ve done everything I can think of including different USB port and cable, driver update, un-installing Elements, many restarts etc…
I’m running Mojave on an early 2010 MacPro with upgrades. Dunno if that could be the prob, as I’ve seen others on this forum running the same system successfully (not spose to work : )
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
note:
I’ve been using Cubase since its inception pretty much and was totally content running Cubase 6 until my PC started bogging down. I’ve always been a Mac guy at heart and decided to build up this particular Mac (I cant afford a new Mac Pro) and yeah, its way speedy but I didn’t realize how selective Mac had become on what apps run on what systems.
Hope it wasn’t a mistake switchin to Mac…. Kinda too late anyways : ) jus hope I can get this workin…
Thanx Much!!

Hi ,
Make sure Cubase Pro has enabled Mic in the System Preferences, please.
Open macOS System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Microphone. Enable Cubase here.
