Cubase 12 crashing constantly on mac

Hey. I am running a macbook pro M2 with 96GB. I have the latest version of cubase and all my plugins. Recently I’ve been getting crashes very regularly on my projects. Basically all day, every 20 mins. Could somebody help me identify the problem please? ips file below
