Hello! I bought the upgrade with the promotional price, I installed it and everything went perfectly approx. 2 weeks. Then, during the run, a message about an error incompatible with the operation appeared and it closed. Since then, it only opens until the moment in the photo, where it gets stuck and does not go beyond that phase. I uninstalled and reinstalled the upgrade and the same thing happened. I mention that the version of Cubase 10.5 that I had before
works perfectly. Can you help me with an advice for this problem? Thanks.
Please make sure that your computer meets the system requirements:
Make sure that the latest Windows updates are installed, and try to start Cubase in safe mode (Hold Ctrl + Shift + Alt while it’s starting up) and select the option to temporarily disable your preferences. Does everything work now?
I have: Lenovo Ideapad Laptop, Procesor: Intel(R) Core™ i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz, RAM: 8 GB, 64 Biti, Windows 10 Pro 21H2 (updated yesterday), 120 GB free space on C disk.
Is this compatible with Cubase 12?
I tried what you sugested, still the same problem, it is not working.
