Cubase 12 new purchase - How do I load the vst instruments in Steinberg Library to Project

Downloaded Cubase 12 after purchase. I see all of these great vst intruments I downloaded into my Steinberg Library but they don’t show up in my VST instruments in my new project. How to I fix this?
