Cubase 12 upgrate

Finally decided to upgrade Cubase 11 to 12 and have a couple question.

  1. After this upgrade, version 12 does not show even a single VST instrument. Any idea why?
  2. Each upgrade leaves on the desktop the icon of previous version. What is this for?

  1. Are you on Mac or Windows? Did you install the whole Cubase 12 content (the instruments and their libraries)?

  2. Cubase 12 is another application, which is independent on Cubase 11. So you can keep both and start your old Cubase version, if you want to. Our you can uninstall it.

Using Windows. Installed from Steinberg Download Assistant - Cubase 12.0.70.

This downloads and installs just Cubase application. Download and install also the content, please.
