Cubase 13.0.30 lost send names/slots on automation tracks

Latest update…ekhm.
I lost send names/numbers on automation tracks for group channel
1 track is fine (Delay stereo), but the rest…
Only “volume” left, but no information about send number or name

BTW is automation track configurable?

same thing here. seems like it should be an easy fix. Expect it to be fixed in mid 2025 haha

So,
if we are not affected with issue “fixed” in 13.0.30,
should we roll-back to 13.0.20 ? That was good working version?

Hi again,

I’ve checked with project from scratch and… did not find any reasonable reason.
As shown below, send number 4 has no number on its automation track,
but send number 5 is ok.

Nothing has changed since 13.0.40

Problem still persist.

Am I the only one affected by this issue?

Why 1 of sends is displayed properly (DELAY STEREO - Level)?

Thanks for the report. We hope to be able to include a fix with the next update.

The temporary solution I found for this issue is to shorten Send track names to approx. 12 characters. Thats why my “DELAY STEREO” is visible properly, but other not.

I’m not sure if this was fixed officially in 13.0.41 (which I am using right now) - but there is a nifty “feature” which is actually kinda cool if anyone reads this.
If you name a channel you have a 12 char limit in the automation lane name…BUT - if you use a dash “-”
you’ll see the automation lane name will take the text only used AFTER the dash “-”
So lets say FX channel is called BIG REVERB - 480L
In the automation lane you will only see the text “480L” - the dash isolates it. If this is how it is meant to work, great! - if its a bug - I reckon its not a bug and they should keep it! Its a great way to make automation small and nameable. Now i think of it the dash “-” thing is probably a feature of the project logical editor. Cheers
