Cubase 13.0.51 No Devices in Midi Port Setup

Hello, I’m looking for some assistance with an issue connecting a MIDI keyboard device to Cubase 13. I previously used a 49 Midi Keyboard (Acorn) for input but have replaced it with a new Midi Keyboard (Nektar Impact GX 49). I have installed the associated drivers, have the device connected directly to my computer (Windows 11), turned on, however no devices are appearing in the MIDI Port Setup. I have tried restarting my computer and the keyboard, reinstalling the driver, but nothing has changed.
I have also tried resetting the Midi Port Setup to try and get the keyboard to register, but no dice.
As such, there is no signal/input for any Instrument or midi track (to no surprise). Additionally, this also means I can’t select the Midi Keyboard as an input device for said instrument tracks.

In device manager on my computer the Midi keyboard appears with no apparent issues.

If you need any more info, let me know.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue/have a workaround? Or am I missing something?

I haven’t tried the Nektar drivers, but the keyboard is class-compliant and so doesn’t need a driver installed if you are on recent Windows 11 (24h2, 25h2, 26h1) releases where everything is already multi-client.

Thank you for the info! I appreciate it.

Issue has been resolved. A combination of restarting the computer with the keyboard plugged in directly, removing some of my external hard drives and after a Cubase crash and restart-up caused the midi keyboard to be recognised.
