Cubase 13 - adjusting velocity tab / no playback

Hi there
A very frustrating issue since the upgrade
I can’t hear my adjustments (playback) when I change velocity of a selected note in the velocity tab in the info panel of key editor using mouse middle button
I’m on windows

  1. create an instrument track with virtual instrument
  2. open key editor
  3. place a note
  4. select the note
  5. use middle mouse button scrolling on the velocity tab (upper info panel) to adjust velocity
  6. no playback from a virtual instrument(was always there for ages!)

And a bonus question - my loop/range selection tool goes out of sync when I change the tempo. is there a way to revert this so it follows the tempo change? atm it behaves like audio for some unknown reason

Hi,

Make sure the main Ruler is set to Bars + Beats, please.

while its working now, sometimes acoustic feedback playback is quiet for some reason? is it adjusted somewhere?
