Cubase 13 crashing if leaving window while export in progress

I’m experiencing an issue (prior to and after the March patch) where if I tab out of Cubase while an audio export is in progress, it will crash after the export finishes (the transport bar also freezes immediately when tabbing out but export progress bar continues).

To recreate the issue:

  1. Start Export Audio Mixdown
  2. Tab out of Cubase
  3. Wait for export to finish and rainbow wheel will occur and Cubase will need to be force quit.

Please, make sure, you don’t double-click the Export button. Use only a single click.

Make sure, you have the latest Cubase 13.0.30 update installed.

Please, could you attach the *.ips file?
Mac: macOS Console utility > Crash Reports (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).

Cubase doesn’t technically crash, so it doesn’t actually generate a crash report. It just freezes the program after the export finishes, and then endless rainbow wheel. And I have to force quit. It never actually crashes on its own. Is there a way I can give you a report with this happening?
