Cubase 13 crashing repeatedly after switching sample rates

Hi there

After being at 96k, then switching back down to 48k, or the reverse, I am often getting a crash when opening an existing session, with the attached message.

To get Cubase to behave, I have to delete all the preferences in AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase 13_64, then it usually takes a few relaunches for it to work normally.

I would love to know what is causing this, specifically. I’m pretty sure it’s something in the preferences folder, but I’m not sure exactly.
