Cubase 13 does not see LFOTool

Cubase 13 does not see LFOTool, the problem is that it is VST2? At the same time, this plugin works in Cubase 11. I installed the latest version of LFOTool and they don’t have any other versions. Just what should I do about it?

No, Cubase 13 supports VST2 well.
Maybe you should check the VST2 Plugin Paths in VST Plugin Manager, if the location where LFOTool lies is included. Also check the Blocklist there.
