Cubase 13 Elements won't mixdown audio?

I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem.

Cubase 13 will not mix down a project. It only exports 1 second of audio, the rest is blank. If you scrub through the audio file it gives a small “pop” and more silence.
I have tried FLAC, MP3, and WAV. (Recorded at 16bit/96kHz)

It will do a real time mix down though. Never encountered this issue before.

Is there is a trial version of a plugin on the master bus by any chance? What sort of plugins are on your stereo out? Do you monitor any drop outs during playback? Did Real Time Export work??

No trial plugins.

As stated before, real time export works fine.

The Cubase Compressor, Maximizer, Stereo Enhancer, and a limiter on the stereo out.

No Dropouts.

7 - Audio Tracks (EQ,COMP,DELAY)
1 - Kontak Vst
2 - Addictive Keys Vst
3 - KV331 Audio Vst

Here is the load with everything on playback.

Looks all good, nothing suspicious.

Could you try to disable (Alt + click on the On/Off button of the plugin) all the instances of the KV331, mute the tracks and try to run a mixdown?
Afterwards add Addictive Dums and Kontakt instruments in the same manner, please, and do test runs. This way 3rd party instruments can be ruled out.
The latest updates of the VSTis are installed, right?

It’s one of the KV331 Synth instances… I noticed it stuck clipping after a mixdown.

I removed that track and dumped the midi to a new instance/new track. It gives me sound during playback. During mix down it does not, as if the instrument is muted. If I freeze the track it is just pinned to the roof with no sound. Whats funny is, right above it is another instance of it running with no issues.

Thanks for the help. I’ll have to investigate further.

Glad I could be of help.
If I were you I would take a look at all automated parameters of this track. Afterwards I would go through the MIDI List Editor of the associated events to have a look at all data around 1 min.
Good luck!
