Cubase 13 Grace period code doesnt work

I tried upgrading from Cubase 12 pro to Cubase 13 pro using the Grace period code given on the Voucher section of my Steinberg account, but for some reason the following message appears:

You entered a Download Access Code for a product upgrade but you do not own a license to which this upgrade can be applied. Please contact your local support team.

I activated Cubase 12 on Sep 6, 2023 so I dont know why is not letting me update please help

I bought it through Berklee so I think is the education version of Cubase Pro. It is Cubase Pro in its totality, is just that I bought it for a lower price.
