Cubase 13 hanging on Initializing: vstconnect.dll

Hi everybody, since some days ago my Cubase 13 started hanging on initializing at “vstconnect.dll” check.
Furthermore I noticed that it happens more often if I disconnect the old e-licenser key from the Usb port.

I don’t understand what’s happening. Any help please?

Please search the forum, it has been discussed many times already.

I saw the other posts, but I didn’t find any solution good for my case. Everything is up to date. On the other hand I did’nt find any new update for vstconnect.

So I still don’t know what to do. Everytime I have to start Cubase twice to make it work.

You can also just remove the component, if you don’t use it.

Having same issue again after upgrading to 13 Artist. Editing the JSON doesn’t seem to fix it.
