Since this update, C13 takes forever to open. Hangs every time on “scanning vst3 plugins” for what seems like 10 minutes. Never had this issue prior. Super frustrating! I tried a clean install, same deal.

Same here! Running Cubase 13 for the first time after purchasing it yesterday. No way to tell which plugin causes the issue. Never had issues with Cubase 12 before (well, at least not of this kind).
