After upgrade to Cubase 13 i have Issues with the input signal. There is a significant overdrive even if i turn down the signal. I have tried another interface but the result is the same.

Is the fader on the Input Channel set to 0? Is there any plug-in on the Input Channel? Could you attach a screenshot?
Have you tried to increase the Buffer Size?
Hi. I have an old Behringer usb mixer and ive tried to use it as soundcard. Now i have no troubles. I normaly use an TC Twin Impact firewire. I have a spare ive had tried to but that doesnt solve the problem so i think it could be troubles with the Firewire. Regard from John.
