I just bought a new laptop with more RAM, and for some reason Cubase 13 is not launching!
Specs:
Windows 11
HP Spectre X360 14-eu0xxx
Intel(R) Core™ Ultra 7 155H 1.40 GHz
32,0 Go RAM
If I test Cubase 12, it works like a charm!
Anyone have an idea?

and now I have the Kernelbase.dll error! 
Sorry about your issue and thank you so much for your report. I was able to analyze your DMP. The crash is known to us and I have informed the relevant team today.

i have just upgraded my cubase 12 pro to 13 pro and it was working ok and now all of a sudden i cant stop getting that message of the kernelbase.dll when i try to open some vsts like massive x for example…
it seems the issues still goes on…
