Cubase 13 Note Expression remaps all input CC's to the same output

Is this an issue just for me is it more widespread?

The Problem is…
If I try to use the “Note Expression” section of the inspector to remap a MIDI Keyboard controller input to any of the expressions then all CC controls on all my MIDI controller keyboards are now remapped to that same expression.

Steps to reproduce:-

Add a new Instrument track, (all synths have the same issue I think - I’ve tried it with HALion, Retrologue, Serum etc.).

In the “Note Expression” section of the Instrument track’s inspector assign an arbitrary input controller to output expression “CC 2 (Breath)”, I’ve tried it using “MIDI Learn” and also by selecting from the dropdown Input list, either way the results are the same.

Now the Mod Wheel no longer works, nor do any other CC controls on either of my MIDI controller keyboards.

Add a “MIDI Monitor” to the “MIDI Inserts” and you can see that moving the Mod Wheel (or any controller) generates “CC2 (Breath)” events.

My System spec:-
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-12700F 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 23H2
OS build 22631.2715
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22677.1000.0

My MIDI Controller Keyboards:
AKAI MPK mini mk II
Evolution MK-425C

Has anyone else seen this?

I have exactly the same problem since I updated to Cubase 13 but not in the previous versions.
Did anybody find out if this is a bug or there is a solution to it?
