Hello, my name is Szabi I would like to ask your help: i have Cubase 13pro sinse 2023 - 15 os decembre but I had some problem with my computer and i hadt to download Cubase 13.0.41 again.Recently I realized that now I1m using C13 on two coputers but I have only one machine. ( Used on 2 computers:

Hi Szabi,
you can revoke both activations in your MySteinberg account and then reactivate one again via the Activation Manager. This way you get rid of the duplicate activation. For further information see

Herewith I would like to ask another question : if I have to reinstall Win 10 do I have to revoke my C13 pro and after install the new Windows ,download C 13 again ?

Yes, you need to deactivate the previous license and activate it again, after reinstalling Windows. The fresh Windows install will be seen as a different system.
You can download the software via the Download Assistant to an external drive and install the software from that drive after your Windows system is running again. No need to download it again, just keep it on a separate disk.
Hello herewith I would like to say thank you again for your help .After reinstall new Windows my C13 pro works perfectly again .
I have a little issue with only two instruments - Amped Electra and Apollo from Dom Sigalas - I installed them when I was on C12pro . Please help me how can I activate these two instruments .
