I’m having issues with Cubase 13 Pro. It freezes every time I open it, usually when the Cubase Hub loads. I have to end the task and reopen it for it to work.
I’ve tried many solutions: reinstalling, activating WinRT MIDI, and disconnecting some MIDI keyboards, but nothing has worked. I’m running Windows 10 Pro with 32 GB of RAM and the latest version, 13.0.41. Any help would be appreciated!

Your crash dumps are from Cubase 9, not Cubase 13 and you are running a very old Windows 10 system.
Your Windows 10 release 14393 is from 2016 and not supported for Cubase 13 (it is for Cubase 9). You need at least Windows 10 22H2 (19045) for this, see here in the system requirements.
The crash occurred in wdmaud.drv, an outdated Windows audio driver. As Jürgen wrote above, your version of Windows 10 is not officially supported by Cubase 13. You’d need to update at least to Win 10 22H2.
Hi, thanks for your reply! Please check the latest DMP files. I’m currently using Windows 22H2 and accidentally uploaded old crash logs.
Thanks for the additional info and sorry, I only checked the Windows version mentioned in the driver details which is 10.0.19041.1. Not sure what actually triggered the crash. It occurred when trying to write data to a MIDI device.
