Again, thanks for all your good question which I was able to performed all your suggestions. It appears to be something to do with Cubase because soon I switched to GarageBand everything worked for me with same devices and configuration.

I have a nVidia GForce 3060 TI (Mid Range Card) and haven’t seen one graphic glitch yet on Windows 11. Odd to see so many complaints about it.
