Cubase 13 still asks if I want to save after saving

Is this a cubase 13 wide issue?

Reporting it as it’s unusual behaviour. Makes me second-guess if I saved it in the first place.

I also noted this, someone said it could be a vst instrumment or effect

Yes, this occurs when plug-ins change any of their own settings, typically by continuously modulating a value over time or randomizing a value. When this occurs the Project has been changed, even though you didn’t initiate the change. But Cubase is always going to ask you if you want to save the Project whenever it detects a change.
