Cubase 13 Unstable, crashing and Asio spiking

Cubase 13 Pro not working for me. Had to revert back to Cubase 12 Pro as same project with only MIDI of external instruments, local VST’s and Mackie DLSD32S for audio streaming has very low ASIO/CPU/RAM usage.

Cubase 13 Pro cannot perform same with all the tweaks mentioned on this forum.

PC operating on Windows 11 x64 Pro 23H2.
Intel(R) Core™ i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz clocked at 4.5GHz
32G Ram @ 3.6GHz
M2 Internal SSD @ 5G/s
