Cubase 13 is great, but the look changed for the worse Cubase

Thank you. After investigation this is due to the fact that the menus are not enabled on both windows. A workaround until we fix this would be to make sure those two windows have a menu so that you don’t have to adjust them every time you reload the project. We are aiming to fix this issue in an upcoming version.
