I have just installed Cubase 13 pro, Steinberg UR816C sound card with new PC –> PC characteristics: Processor → 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-1355U Ram → 16GB HD → 1,024 GB SSD System type → 64GB operating system bit, x64-based processor Geoforce rtx 2050 4GB graphics card Windows 11 pro Problem: it is very slow, freezes during audio recording, commands arrive late (example recording activation)

Please, make sure, you have the latest UR816C driver installed. Try to increase the Buffer Size, please.
Could you test your system by using LatencyMon utility, please?
