Cubase 14: Modulators are inconsistent when Asio-Guard (High level) is enabled

    1. Create empty project
    1. Add an audio track
    1. add an TestGenerator with sawtooth and an Fx plugin - e.g. a Filter
    1. Add an stepmodulator, draw some curves, set “Slope on all edges” and “Slope amount” to 100% and assign to a couple parameters of the filter - modulation should be heard
    1. Add an empty track of any kind
    1. In the Studio Setup/Audio system activate ASIO-guard, set its level to High
    1. listen to the modulations while the track with the test tone generator is in focus (v.1)
    1. listen to the modulations while the other track is in focus (v.2)
    1. listen to the modulations while the track with the test tone generator is in focus and the project is played back (v.3);

Result:
v.1 is smooth, v.2 and v.3 aren’t.
There is no issue when Asio-Guard is disabled or when Asio-Guard is at lower level than High.
Tested with third party plugin - Minimal Audio: Rift Filter Lite

Expected behavior: modulation should be smooth and sound the same in any of the scenarios above.
