I was trying the new Drum track in Cubase 14.
In several videos I saw that it comes with many presets but my list is empty, Are they extra contents that need to be installed or there is something wrong with my installation?

Heya, thanks, this is pretty strange I just installed them as you suggested but still not presets
Did you restart Cubase?
OK i got them now, yeah of course I did the installation without Cubase running. It was another thing, I clicked this button that for some reason was set on nothing so the selection when up one level and now i see the presets
Well the thing is that now it’s me who doesn’t see the presets in your screenshot

hey but i don’t find it in the SDA…
I cannot find this either. I’ve been looking for hours, in to every folder, back and forth again and again, but I cannot find presets. Does anybody know?
What is the preset folder suppsed to be called?
I have it installed via sdownloader.

No idea but for example if you try to open the Steinberg Library Manager (1) and go under the category CUBASE/NUENDO (2) then search for it do you find it? Details should tell the path as well (3)
What no one is telling you, strangly enough, which FINALLY worked for me tho, was ;
Locate your folder “Drum Machine Vol 01 - Content (recommended)” on you harddrive, which was downloaded via the Steinberg Downloader app.
And then ;
DOUBLE CLICK that .VSTSOUND file, and then it will ask you where to install it!
Now, open vst “Drum machine” in Cubase and “Load Track Preset”, and press the “inlcude Folder…” button, and THEN
all preset should load.
