Cubase 14 not finding all effects plugins

Just downloaded 14. opened an old project and some plugins are not showing in the mixer strips or in the Manager even when it is refreshed.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Open the Studio > VST Plug-in Manager and double-check the plug-ins are not Blocklisted.

Perhaps the old project was using VST2 plugins? VST2 plugins need to be manually activated in Cubase 14 (along with specified search paths).

I did check and the blocklist is empty

Give some more info….what is your o/s? Have you enabled VST2 like kelp suggested?
