2 rendered tracks in expected positions in the Project window, but immovably shifted to first positions in the Mixer window.

Suspected cause:
Having the Sample Editor window open whilst Rendering.
Reverting to a pre-RIP save and rendering one track at a time ensuring nothing else was open stopped the problem from recurring.
