My Cubase 14 Pro cannot receive audio signal. Simple signal flow: Atlas Audio Input 3 → Mono In bus (Audio Device: Atlas | Device Port AI 3). After checking all Studio Setup (Audio System and Atlas audio interface), and Audio Connections, no thing wrong or special, I have restarted my PC and Atlas audio interface several time, then reinstalled Cubase 14 Pro. Same issue. Then I have installed Cubase 13 Pro and do the same setting, it works. I also test with Audacity: it works too.

Some days ago, it was working well with my Cubase 14 Pro regarding this matter.
Oh and before that I faced another issue with setting audio for Control Room: I have setup with proper setting (the way it should be) and no sound to my monitor. After that I have turned it off, turned it back on and setup again with the same setting, and it works. Just not lucky enough for this time with audio input.
Not sure if you said it did work a couple days ago but check this.
Windows settings - privacy and security - let apps access the microphone.
If C13 is listed but C14 not that’s your problem.
