Cubase 14 pro why doesn't it see non-plugins on Win 11

Googling that error, this is the first hit:

Hello! Clean install of Cubase 14, fresh preferences. Windows 11 This message pops up twice every time I start Cubase. Any idea what is the problem? Already tried reinstalling with no luck. Everything else besides the more erratic performance meter seems to work fine. I’ve been using Cubase since version 5 and have never seen this one. [ms] Thanks!
