Hey guys, so I came to a conclusion that Cubase is causing the issue. I did the same test today with my RME FF800 and same problem. Its not possible Bothe prism titan and RME drivers to be bad and not communicating properly with Cubase.
Here is a screenshot from the RME test. Latency is different. Now the direct input is shifted early and the external plugin is shited late. They are both routed to the same input 3-4.
