I just upgraded to Cubase 14 and get this message while installing:
Cubase 13 works fine on my system. My processor is an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X. Anyone knows how to solve this problem and get my Cubase 14 running?
I’m on Windows 11.
I have a Ryzen 9 3900XT, X570 motherboard, and RX6600 GPU.
It installed fine for me. Trying it out as I type this.
Perhaps it’s something in your BIOS settings? If you can save what you have for BIOS settings and reboot it with the default settings for your motherboard that might sort it out?
Interesting - there is no “system requirements” that I can find for Cubase 14. Did things change from 13 to 14?

nothing changed in the system requirements in Cubase 14 for the installer.
It looks like the installer have found an arm cpu on your system and it would be interessting to know why?
Is your Windows installation running on a virtual machine?
please check the setup log, located in
%temp%\Steinberg Cubase 14 Setup Log\setupLog.txt
during the setup is open and the message is shown.
