I removed notes in various instrument tracks and get this history :
Apparently it is undoing in the correct track, but annoying to identify where to cut.

This happens only, if the OmniVocal track is present. If there is not in the project, the track name is not displayed.

There is also the fact when you use a second Omnivocals tracks, sync gets bad and CPU very high then even after removing the second attempted track, saving, closing and re-opening the song cpu is still very high and song sync is messed up for the first original track, not much time to report but that’s probably something interesting for the devs to know about.
The only way i could resume was replacing all Omnivocals by a low cpu piano .
then kill the Omnivocals process, then correct the autogenerated latency offset, then later put back the plugin in place.
Even with the bugs (after all it’s a beta version and a plugin issue only not C15) it was still super fun to use, here’s my test song (and a small contrib in promoting C15 lol):
