Cubase 15 Pro Demo license missing in Activation Manager

I’ve downloaded and installed the Cubase 15 Pro demo to try it. I can see the license in My Steinberg profile, with the creation and expiration date of the demo license, but this license doesn’t appear in the Activation Manager. Every time I try to open Cubase 15 Pro, Cubase AI 15 is opened instead.

I’ve tried updating both Download manager and Activation manager, and even restarting my computer (MacBook Pro with MacOS Tahoe 26.2). I attach screenshots of both my My Steinberg profile, the Download Manager and Activation Manager windows.

Hi,

that looks strange.. could you try holding down the SHIFT key and click on the refresh button in top-right in the Activation Manager?

That forces the Activation Manager to do a full refresh. Maybe there was a quirk when the trial was added to your account.
